It took us a while to make the decision to ‘redo’ our kitchen. What we had was fine, but it was starting to show its age in places - the worktops were a bit cracked and scratched, the doors were showing signs of wear, but most importantly, the kitchen felt dark. However, as the cupboards themselves were sound, we thought we’d give Jaxon Rose the chance to quote for a makeover. The whole process was fantastic - we saw John first, who explained how everything would work and gave us a quote. We then had a visit from Ian, who dealt with the details, advised on all the questions we had lined up, and did the measuring up. The fitter (Nez) was fantastic - he understood exactly what we wanted and worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best result. His experience and attention to detail were excellent, and he always talked through what was happening, and why. Having a ‘one stop shop’ dealing with everything (delivery, disposal, planning and implementation) made the whole process seamless and easy. The end result is fantastic, it seriously looks like we have a whole new kitchen. It is lighter, more modern and exactly what we imagined when we spent way too long in the showroom choosing colours, handles and taps! The team at Jaxon Rose have done a fantastic job in transforming our kitchen and bedroom. In the kitchen they installed granite overlays and a new sink. The kitchen now looks like new and we were so impressed with the fitter, Ian and his craftsmanship and the care he took over the work. In the bedroom we had 30 plus year old fitted furniture removed and replaced with a very modern looking set of cupboards, drawers and shelves. We have got so much more usable space now. As with the kitchen fitter, the bedroom fitter, Lee, was professional, good humoured and a real craftsman. The operations manager, Neil, made it all run smoothly in the background. We recently had our kitchen transformed by Jaxon Rose Kitchens, based out of their showroom at Bents Garden Centre, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first visit to the showroom through to the final installation, the whole process was seamless and professionally handled. The team came out to our home, carefully measured everything, and clearly explained our options for replacing our dated cupboard drawers, surfaces and handles. The attention to detail and communication throughout gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands. Lee carried out the installation and his workmanship is nothing short of exceptional. The finish is flawless, every detail has been completed to the highest standard, and the kitchen looks and feels brand new. He was punctual, tidy, respectful of our home, and clearly takes immense pride in his craft. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality delivered – fantastic value for money. We now have a beautifully refreshed kitchen without the upheaval of a full refit. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jaxon Rose Kitchens to anyone considering a makeover.
